With more than 20 years experience as a therapist I offer a compassionate and confidential setting to discuss what's going on in your life and re-orient towards what is most important for you. With an office in San Anselmo, I offer in-person appointments or video appointments online. My approach to working with people is solution focused helping you identify the underlying values that are most important and developing behavioral strategies to move toward what you want and stop avoiding things that you fear.

Education and Experience:
I received a master’s degree in Somatic Psychology in 1998 and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology 2003 from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I completed postdoctoral training at UCSF and have over 20 years experience working at Clement St Counseling Center, San Francisco VA, Laguna Honda Hospital, Maxine Hall Health Center and Kaiser Permanente. For the last 10 years I have worked in primary care settings working with people with life changing illness and their caregivers.
