Biography
My style as a therapist is warm, collaborative, and authentic. I strive to create an environment in which you feel free to speak openly about yourself and the concerns that bring you to therapy. In working together, I will help you to understand the layers of your experience within the context of your unique identity and lived history. Ultimately, this process offers the potential for movement around what’s stuck. Through it, comes an experience of greater emotional freedom and fulfillment.
I work with individuals and couples to address relationship problems, experiences of trauma, and mood concerns like anxiety and depression. My approach is collaborative, holistic, and informed by contemporary psychodynamic thinking.
