Biography
I'm an east coast transplant who moved to San Francisco almost 30 years ago after college and a few years in Nashville. I've worked in everything from sales to law enforcement to education. I've enjoyed playing in bands and recording music for years although running my practice and having two young kids has made it difficult to put as much time into this as I did in the past. My work and family experience, training and musical background help me connect and collaborate with people of various backgrounds. The focus of my practice is working with high achieving men with relationship issues, depression, anxiety substance abuse and life transition (getting married, switching career/jobs, having children, divorce, mid-life transition and retirement).
