Interwoven Connection | Coparenting With Peace
Marin County, California
I work with individuals and couples at the hardest points in their relationships: after a rupture, when one partner is leaning out, during and after divorce, and as partners come together to form blended households. Many of my clients arrive in acute distress or high conflict. My job is to slow things down enough that people can make clear decisions and treat each other with more steadiness, whether they stay together or not.
My work draws on Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic therapy, and attachment science. In practice, this means helping clients understand the protective parts driving their reactions, see how early relational patterns are playing out in their current relationships, and repair attachment ruptures without bypassing accountability.
Referrals I'm well suited for:
Couples recovering from infidelity. Mixed-agenda couples where one partner is unsure about staying (I offer discernment counseling). Co-parents in active conflict who need a structured, child-focused space. Couples in blended households working through loyalty binds and new-partner integration. Individuals navigating separation, divorce, or major life transitions.
I'm also glad to take the couples or co-parenting piece when you're seeing one partner individually and want to keep that work protected.
I'm a private-pay practice. I welcome consultation calls and will always follow up with referring clinicians (with client consent).
