Biography
Jeanette Francis, PsyD is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over two decades of
experience in mental health care. She is a psychotherapist in private practice in San
Rafael, CA and serves as Assistant Clinical Director and Doctoral Director at
Community Institute for Psychotherapy. Her background includes leadership as a
director of behavioral health services at a large community health center, as well as
extensive work as a consultant, supervisor, and trainer. She is known for an evidence-
based, compassionate approach that supports organizations in developing strong
mental health training programs and helps clinicians deliver high-quality, patient-
centered care.
Dr. Francis is dedicated to empowering clinicians through professional development and
